Refund Policy

Orders are shipped through trusted couriers. Delivery times are estimates only, delays may occur due to customs or courier issues. Risk of loss passes to the buyer once the order is handed to the courier.

Due to the unique nature of gemstones, all sales are final. Returns are only accepted if the item is damaged in transit or significantly different from the description. Customized jewelry orders (rings, pendants, bracelets) are non-refundable.
